House as described, clean, in a quiet neighborhood.Walking distance easy to beach.Some features in the house are a little worn, but everything was nice and worked.

Nice neighborhood and easy walk to the beach. Enjoyed fixing meals in well equipped kitchen. And family game nights with games already there.
