Neat and Clean, your description stated that TV's were in the bedrooms. TV only in living room and bunk bed room. Lamp in living room not working turn on switch is broken.Otherwise all is well, thanks.

We enjoyed the location of the rental on Topsail Island. We loved waking up to the ocean view and having coffee on the deck. And we could easily drive over the bridge for lots of dining and shopping options. The unit itself was very spacious. One item that could be updated in the listing is the bedroom photos - there is a bedroom with 4 bunks, a bedroom with a murphy bed, and the master bedroom. Note the master bath has a clawfoot tub so we ended up using the main bathroom shower instead. Also note there are no beach chairs or umbrella - we flew in so we were unable to bring with us. Would be great if rental included some beach items. Overall a lovely stay at the beach!

Pros:
Amazing location! It’s about an 2-minute walk to the public beach access. The beach itself was beautiful and we lucked out with amazing weather. There are incredible views from the deck, living room, and bedrooms. The views are the best part of this house! The layout of the house was well-suited for our group and we used the playground behind the house. There was a drip
Cons:
The worst part of our stay was the lack or responsiveness when we discovered an infestation of cockroaches. We reported the cockroaches early Sun morning (including photos) and spent all day texting with the property management company asking for an update on when somebody would be out to help. We were continually told there were work tickets entered and the local team would be in touch soon. Sunday came and went. Monday we got a call from the local team to let us know that pest control would be out Tuesday. Unfortunately we were only staying until Wednesday so while we wished somebody would’ve taken our concerns more seriously, at least we knew somebody would be out at some point. However, Tuesday came and went and pest control never came. We were continually texting the property management company asking for help and wondering when somebody would be out. The managers just said there were open tickets for the local team. They said they could not give me contact information for the local team. We checked out Wednesday never having received an update or help of any sort. So disappointing.
