We had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay at the home. It was clean and orderly and it was very obvious that a lot of effort was put in to make us feel comfortable. The only hiccup was were given the wrong combination to gain access so we needed to play phone tag for a bit to get it.

I stayed with a co-working in this home near downtown Couer D'Alene. It was exactly as advertised in a really quiet neighborhood near a college. Plenty of towels, clean sheets, and a comfortable living room. We were only there to sleep so we didn't use much in the kitchen except to microwave some leftovers.

The house is very well maintained, very clean, and plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 kids. The wood floor is old and creaky but not a big deal. The thermostat was set to 67 so it was a little chilly but we don't like it too warm anyway. Just something to keep in mind when visiting in the winter, make sure you have adequate clothes. The beds were comfortable, the TV had all the streaming channels, everything in the kitchen worked. The location was amazing, being less than a mile from downtown. There was not enough toilet paper for our stay so the property host sent over a Walmart delivery with a few items we requested. It was a comfortable stay!

I really enjoyed the text updates and booklet of instructions. It made it where i could enjoy the stay in peace.The instructions are fair & reasonable.The house is clean & thought out all the way to the soft colors on the wall.Location is simply pleasant as it was safe and updated and silent. Also helps that it was close to all the things i wanted to do.Thanks for being a great host.

Our visit to Coeur d'Alene was one of the most ideal family vacations we could ever imagine. We loved every moment of it and can't wait to go back! The house was perfect for us. There are two bedrooms in the front of the house (both with queen-size mattresses) and one bedroom on the opposite side of the house, facing the backyard (this one has two twin mattresses). The house looked just like the pictures. Cute decor, spacious yard for the kids to play, and comfortable living room to recharge after a day of exploring. The neighborhood is gorgeous. The streets are filled with beautiful, craftsman style homes. We loved walking downtown every day and stopping at the excellent parks along the way. The local food was delicious too. Crafted and Tito's are two of our favorite restaurants and they were both very accommodating for severe food allergies. Everything about our stay felt picturesque, to say the least - not to mention the gorgeous, crystal-clear lake just minutes from our front door. We highly recommend staying at this true retreat! Lastly, we want to say a BIG thank you to Virginia, our Evolve Guest Support, too! She was consistently easy to contact and very responsive. Thank you for helping to make our stay so refreshing!

The cleaning crew did an outstanding job; the place was spotless and felt incredibly welcoming. They take great pride in their work, making our stay much more comfortable. The host was a true gem. Their responsiveness and friendliness made us feel secure and well-cared for. They provided all the information we needed for a smooth check-in and check-out, and even went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed during our stay. Their regular check-ins to ensure our comfort and enjoyment in Coeur d'Alene were truly appreciated. The property itself was a haven—well-maintained, with all the amenities we could ask for. It was the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring the beautiful surroundings. We truly appreciated the little touches, like the extra towels and the detailed guide to local attractions and restaurants. Overall, our experience was exceptional. We would not hesitate to recommend this VRBO to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-managed place to stay in Coeur d'Alene. Nice home close to downtown

We rented this home to drop our son off at college. It was a great location right by the college campus and very close to lake Coeur d Alene as well as walking distance to downtown. The home was neat and tidy and had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely recommend and come back.

The check-in process, location and communication with property manager was seamless and easy. However, we experienced some bugs that were located around the house (centipedes), the AC wasn't dropping below mid 70's (it was very hot outside during our stay) and there was a huge hornet's nest about the entryway what resulted in a sting, luckily it was not our infant. I reported all things to the property manager and she was very responsive and professional and let me know that after I reported all of these things, after our stay, she sent AC folks to the house, and insect exterminators to take care of the nest and centipedes. So we very much appreciated that. However, I did ask if there was a form of discount or coverage for a night of our stay due to these inconveniences and the owners of the property were contacted but we never heard back to them. I don't like to give bad reviews, but I think in this circumstance, it would've been appropriate to have some sort of monetary discount.

We stayed here for a week with our two daughters and our dog. This was the perfect location for all activities. We were able to bike or walk to most places. The house is pretty clean and had a great backyard for the kids and dog to run around in. Cant wait to be back!

Mix up on arrival wasn’t cleaned but response very good. Felt welcome book needed work, rugs really needed to be cleaned and burners on stove get very hot , tray under front left burner needs to be replaced. Location great

We greatly enjoyed our stay. Awesome location, near a huge park and the lake and main area of town is a short walk away. The neighborhood is a wonderful mix of older and newer homes, tree lined and beautiful. Very quiet location. The home fit our family of 4 perfectly. This house is small, but so clean and very comfortable. You cannot beat the location , walk to beach, courts and cycling around on the paths - right from your front door. The only item I would recommend for the owners is to add an outdoor BBQ - that would be great. Highly recommend this property.

We loved walking to the lake and downtown each day. The neighborhood is darling. The house was very comfortable for our family of five. Communication with Lois was easy. We had a wonderful time there- a day at Silverwood and a day boating on the lake. It’s such a beautiful town!

The house is within walking distance of pretty much everything, we really didn’t spend too much time driving anywhere - or at the house for that matter. My kids enjoyed the lake, park, playgrounds and carousel. Great place for us to spend the last weekend before school starts back up.

We loved staying at this house. Our kids enjoyed riding their bikes and the multiple close local playgrounds. The lake is a quick walk and we enjoyed swimming in it. Great stay.

We had a blast during our CDA visit. The house was a great location for little kids. Walking distance to parks and the carousel. Rode our bikes to the main street multiple times. Walking distance to the lake also! My kids were fishes! Jodi was super easy to communicate with as well via text messages. We will definitely be back, thank you!

The home is clean and beautifully decorated in a generally quiet neighborhood. The neighbor next door is having some hardscaping done to their yard, so there was a little noise from that, but it didn’t bother us. The home is within walking distance to the beach, a beautiful park, the resort and even downtown restaurants if you enjoy longer walks. We fell in love with CDA and hope to come back soon and enjoy this property again!

We loved staying in CDA, and this property worked out well for us. It is a Short walk to City Park in Independence point, a quick drive to Sherman avenue, and easily accessible by everything all around. The house is cozy without feeling too small. Even though it was very hot the whole time we were there, the air conditioning took care of everything and made everyone feel cool. I would definitely stay here again if we were going back to Coeur d'Alene

My family and I stayed here for a week and and this house was amazing! It is the major point it is within walking distance to the lake, downtown, and a great park! The fenced in yard was perfect for my little ones. Beds were super comfy! Clean - nice decor - quiet neighborhood! Tips to the owner: Since there's no tub a hand-held shower head would be nice to help bathe little ones. A tea kettle and pizza pan or large cookie sheet would be nice for the kitchen. The blinds are nice but still let in a lot of light in the bedrooms and kitchen especially at dinner time would be a good add. My only complaint would be there nothing in the kitchen food wise other then a can of cooking spray, salt, and pepper. A lot of places have at least a guest pantry with other spices, tea and coffee, and some condiments in the fridge. We would have left mayo, mustard, tea, and Popsicles in the freeze. There's also no ice so buy a bag when you're there. There's 1 ice cube tray and it just can't keep up with your needs. Overall if/when we come back to the lake we'll definitely stay here again!!!

The little cottage was lovely and close to downtown (we could walk EVERYWHERE). Went for the 70.3 Ironman, and the proximity was excellent! The house was clean, had everything we needed, and Jodi made the checkin/checkout process very easy and accommodating. We would definitely stay there again.
