★ Hot Tub is drained, cleaned & filled between each stay for your safety and cleanliness
★ Due to frequent cleaning, it may take several hours to return to optimal heat, therefore that may mean it won't be hot immediately at the time of your check-in. We advise guests to give the hot tub till the morning after their check in to reach full heat and/or contact us about remediating temperature.
Pet Policy
★ Max 2 Dogs per stay
★ 40 lbs or less Max 2 dogs.
★ Must be potty-trained, crate-trained, and crated at night and when home alone.
★ Non-refundable $75 fee per dog.
★ No cats allowed.

Critters & Bears - The cabin is in the mountains which means you may see some wildlife, including Black Bears, and other critters.

★ DO NOT FEED or approach bears.
★ Do not leave food in vehicle or leave vehicle open when unloading.
★ Always lock car doors
★ Put all trash in provided bear-proof trash bins outside and always remember to LOCK.
★ The cabin is treated regularly for insects, however due to the surroundings, open doors and windows, it is possible that you will see them during your stay. No Refunds will be given for the occasional insect

★ Please be advised that this property utilizes a ladder to access the bunk beds. By renting this property, you are agreeing to hold the owner, and host harmless for any injury or death that is resulting from the use of the ladder and/or bunk beds.

★ No late check-outs as we rely on you leaving on time so we can prepare for our next guests. If you depart late, there will be a $50 charge per every 30 minutes unless previously approved by host.
★ No refunds outside of cancellation policy for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control.
★ No Smoking in or around the cabin - We ask that you walk out to the street to smoke. You will be charged $250, plus the increase in cleaning fee if cigarette butts or smoke odor is found.

We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin! Everything was as described. The location was great and we were able to get into Pigeon Forge easily. It was nice to have a pack’n’play, child proof gates and children plates and utensils already there so we didn’t have to bring those a long. The host really thought of everything needed for a family to have a great stay. Overall the cabin is fantastic!

We had such a wonderful stay at Rachel’s home. The house was designed with the cutest furnishings and fully stocked with all of the essentials (including a treat basket)! My boys loved the downstairs room with the triple bunks beds and fun games and my husband and I spent several nights enjoying quiet evenings on the back deck. The neighborhood is beautiful with nature paths, a creek to play in, swimming pool, basketball court and playground. Next time we come back to Pigeon Forge I will definitely be reaching out to Rachel for another stay in her amazing property!

We've stayed at many vacation rentals. This was by far the best. The house was extremely clean. The bed was a dream and, with a shoulder injury, I'm very picky. The bathroom is as beautiful in person and the toiletries smelled amazing. Rachel was quick to answer any questions. Highly recommend.
