The apartment is ideal for couples, friends, or small families who appreciate both a central location and peace and quiet. It is intentionally designed as a non-smoking property; pets are allowed upon request.

One bedroom features a comfortable double bed (180 × 200 cm), a wardrobe, and a flat-screen TV. The second bedroom is furnished with a bed (140 × 200 cm). Blackout curtains ensure peaceful nights in both rooms.

The bathroom features a walk-in shower, a makeup mirror, and a hair dryer—clean, functional, and high-quality.

Outdoors by the water.

The balcony extends the living space outdoors. Garden furniture, an electric grill, and a direct view of the Schlei make it the perfect spot for breakfast, sunsets, or relaxing evenings.

Technology & Amenities.

A hi-fi system, radio, Wi-Fi, a 44-inch flat-screen TV with cable, and underfloor heating ensure a high level of comfort. Fly screens, an ironing board, an iron, a clothes rack, and a vacuum cleaner are also provided.

Practical Information.

An underground parking space is included in the price (maximum vehicle height 1.98 m). From there, you can easily take the elevator directly to your apartment floor. Bicycles can be securely parked in the underground garage. A coin-operated washing machine and dryer are available there for shared use.
