We celebrated our Mother’s birthday at this beautiful and well appointed home! We were extremely comfortable as well as each bedroom was set up perfectly. Us girls enjoyed our coffee in the morning and our wine (and fireflies) in the evening on the back patio. Property was conveniently located and backed up to a large green space with a walking trail. We loved our stay!!!!!

For our annual road trip, it can be challenging to find an updated house with plenty of beds and bathrooms for five women. This house was perfect! Each of us had our own bed and three bathrooms meant we could all get ready in a decent amount of time. Quiet neighborhood with roaming deer and close to restaurants. Plenty of seating around the dining table and in the living room. Plus the covered carport and the outdoor living space in backyard were bonus features. Great central location between Dripping Springs, Fredericksburg, and Marble Falls.

Overall the home was nice, beds were comfortable and firm, bathrooms and kitchen were clean, the yard was great for my active kids. The kitchen was well stocked, unfortunately there was no laundry detergent so we had to go buy that but otherwise house was stocked. The main issue we had was with the floors throughout the house -they were really dirty, I vacuumed within minutes of checking in but they are in dire need of mopping and there’s no mop provided- and even if a mop is available to guests, the cleaning should cover that prior to checkin. My 11 month old crawler got dirty, blackened knees and feet from crawling in the living room, dining room and kitchen. It was gross and I felt bad for her crawling around in the floor. My feet felt dirty if I walked around without shoes on. Other than the very dirty floors, the house worked well for our family trip. If I knew it would be more thoroughly cleaned, I’d stay at the property again because the location was great and place was comfortable.

Everything about the house was perfect. Well stocked, clean, comfortable, easy "Check-in Check-out". Very nice both inside and outside in a quiet neighborhood. Beds were comfortable, and nice showers.We would stay there again if we take a trip to Johnson City and highly recommend it as a great place.Jen was an absolute pleasure to deal with.
