Cozy into Kara’s Cottage in Johnson City! This adorable 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage sleeps up to 3 guests and makes for a perfect romantic retreat or a small family. For larger groups, Kara’s House (which can be rented separately) is located next door and can be rented along with Kara’s Cottage! Experience the unique experience of tiny living at Kara’s Cottage!
Kara’s Cottage has a cute seating area in a courtyard in the front area of the home and is surrounded by enchanting trees, adding to the magic of this home! The Cottage has an amazing ability to fit so many unique and wonderful features in such a humble space! Walking inside, you enter into an adorable sunroom with a dining area and electric fireplace! This space is a quiet area to enjoy your morning coffee as you wake up for your next adventure into Johnson City! Heading into the main living area of the house, the wood cabin style of the home invites you into the cozy atmosphere of Kara’s Cottage. Off to the left is the kitchen with windows looking out onto the sunroom. Complete with a full-sized refrigerator and cooktop stove, this corner kitchen has everything you need for your stay! The living space is complete with two comfortable armchairs and a flatscreen television. You can also watch a movie from your bed as this open concept space features a twin bed as well! The second bed is tucked into a clever cubby in the back of the cottage featuring a full sized bed. Guests will find a roomy closet in this space for any of their storage needs during their stay. Lastly, a spacious full bathroom is located in the back of the cottage, complete with a walk-in shower!

Looking for an outing? Johnson City offers endless activities to keep guests entertained. Only blocks away is the downtown square, home to fabulous restaurants, shops, tasting rooms and live music venues. Visit the LBJ Ranch, home of President Johnson, also called “The Texas White House” this beautiful ranch offers guided or self tours and much more.
