Offering 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, this Gulf Shores vacation home sleeps up to 14 guests. Serendipity Sands' features include a fully appointed kitchen and expansive living room seating to accommodate the family. Plus, with two furnished decks, there's room for everyone to enjoy the brisk salt air while taking in glimpses of the sparkling gulf water. What's more, Pass Time Cottages' Community offers even more family-friendly amenities, including a seasonally heated pool (March 1 – May 31 and Sept 1 - Dec 31), and is within walking distance of Little Lagoon, an ideal resource for watersports like fishing, kayaking, and paddleboarding. Access to the Gulf beaches can be found a few steps southward and access to Little Lagoon a few steps westward.
Upon entry to the main floor of Serendipity Sands, guests are greeted by an open-concept kitchen and living room complete with the convenience of a gulf-facing balcony. The main floor also offers a spacious bedroom outfitted with a queen bed and ensuite bathroom along with 2 sofa sleepers in the living room. Upstairs includes 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and a laundry area complete with a full-size washer and dryer. Beyond the family-friendly floor plan, this Gulf Shores vacation home offers a secondary balcony that can be accessed from the king suite. Plus, with family time at the top of mind, Serendipity Sands offers comfortable dining seating with 8 chairs at the main table and 4 barstools as well as generous flat-screen TVs in the main living area and every bedroom.
Guests under 25 must be accompanied by an adult throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome at this property. Smoking is strictly forbidden. This property was perfect just like maybe a 5 minute walk (if that) to the gulf side.. Then the lagoon was right there. Pool was nice and clean will definitely stay again. The house is wonderful you Definitely wont regret booking it.
