This north facing beachside retreat designed by Kerstin Thompson Architects is located in Mt Martha's "Golden Triangle" opposite South Beach. You will feel like you are suspended in the treetops in this 3 bedroom light filled beach house.
Tucked away in this quiet nook of old Mt Martha, enjoy sea glimpses across the bay to the cliffs of Mornington. On a clear night, the lights of Melbourne can be seen on the horizon. South Beach Mt Martha, famous for its colourful Beach Boxes, is just a two minute walk via the closest pedestrian path. Mt Martha Village is just a 10 minute walk from the house.
