About this house rental
This three level property is beautifully presented with wonderful bay views and Cathedral style ceilings. Entry to the house is on level 2 which has 2 bedrooms, one with a Queen bed and the other with 2 x King Single beds and a split system A/C.
Upstairs on level 3, you will find the natural light filled open plan kitchen/dining area with floor to ceiling windows and bay views. Adding to the kitchen are stainless steel Smeg appliances, a Nespresso Coffee Machine and a generous size breakfast bar. The rustic looking dining table adds character and charm to the area. There is an open plan lounge area, with a large modular sofa, Smart TV, and ceiling fan. Adjoining this room is a powder room with vanity and WC. Sliding doors from the lounge room take you out onto the entertaining deck which overlooks the pool area and provides 180 degree views of Port Phillip Bay and the city skyline to the north.
A gas BBQ and comfortable outdoor setting with umbrella make the area the perfect place to sit back, relax and take in the bay views and sunset. Also on level 3 is the Master bedroom with floor to ceiling windows, bay views, a King bed, split system A/C, Ensuite with shower, vanity and WC and walk in robe.
Downstairs on level 1 is an open plan area with table tennis table, daybed and sofa bed, together with a large living room with an Open fire place, large modular sofa, second sofa bed, TV and DVD. Both these rooms open onto another shaded deck which also overlooks the pool area. The Main bathroom has a Spa bath, shower, double vanity, WC and a sliding door to an outside courtyard.
There is also a Laundry with washing machine only on this level.
Access to the fully fenced Solar Heated 11mt x 5mt pool is from Level 1. Sun lounges are by the pool and there is a covered bamboo seating area under a Pagola to sit back and just relax.
The property provides unlimited nbn wifi, off street parking and ducted heating throughout.
Located in a very exclusive area of Mt Martha this large property, is just a short 5 minute drive to Mt Martha Village and stunning South Beach and an equal distance to family friendly Safety Beach.

Perfect for a generational family gathering. Used every room and space. Stunning views. Would definitely come back here. Waking up to the bay views and watching pods of dolphins was sensational.
