Hop on the Central Trolley to explore St. Petersburg or take a bike ride on the Pinellas Trail located a couple blocks away. The unit is pet and kid-friendly and has a washer and dryer on site. Less than 10 minutes to the beach or downtown. Roughly 20 minutes to St Pete - Clearwater Airport or Tampa Airport. Ring Security camera on front door and security cameras on the exterior of the apartment building.

Conveniently located between downtown St. Pete and the beaches. Unit is up one floor of external stairs. Photos of rooms are accurate. All spaces were spotless. Kitchen is stocked with the bare basics. No beach towels in the unit, so bring your own if you're headed to the beach.

This was a very clean and well supplied property. It is upstairs from an accounting office, on a somewhat busy street, but fairly quiet inside. It’s not far from a lot, but not really walkable.
