The master bedroom situated on the top floor for maximum privacy has a king bed, ceiling fan, air con, TV and ensuite with bath and shower.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 are on the middle floor and share a bathroom with shower.
Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, ceiling fan and wardrobe.
Bedroom 3 has a tri bunk (double bed and single above) and wardrobe.
Bedroom 4 is situated on the bottom floor and has a queen bed, ceiling fan and ensuite with shower.
*Spacious light filled open plan living room with TV, and ample seating
*Open kitchen with electric cooktop, oven, microwave, and dishwasher
*Dining area with dining table, floorboards throughout
*Split system air con in living area and master bedroom
*Covered deck featuring outdoor dining for 8, outdoor lounge and BBQ
*Covered patio flowing onto a large fully fenced backyard, complete with play equipment
*Full laundry facilities with washing machine, clothes hoist and dryer in the garage.
*Three bathrooms in total. Master ensuite with bath and shower. Other two bathrooms feature shower each.
*Family friendly with child safety gates on the stairs both indoors and outdoors. Portacot, high chair and 2 bed rails are available for use. Just bring your own cot sheet and blankets for the portacot
