Perfectly positioned right on the edge of the bay is this high-set home on 3 levels with panoramic views. You can relax on one of the veranda`s, watch the tide roll in and listen to the birds. It is an ideal spot to enjoy a freshly made cuppa, glass of wine or read a book. It is a family-friendly home providing separate spaces to relax.
Whether you just want to relax and refresh or have a base from which to enjoy local sights and activities, this welcoming home is well provided with all you will need for a comfortable stay.

* Multiple outdoor entertaining areas with Gas BBQ overlooking Hardys Bay
* In-home entertainment includes Telstra TV, Bluetooth, Xbox 360,
CD Player, DVD player and unlimited free Wi-Fi. There is also a second TV and DVD player downstairs.
* Fully fenced backyard with back porch, suitable for small dogs only
* Fully equipped kitchen with all the modern appliances and dishwasher
* Three of the four bedrooms have views of the bay.
* Ducted air conditioning and additional fans
* Internal laundry facilities with washing machine and dryer
* Off street parking available for 2 vehicles (garage not available for guests use)

Bedroom 2 (upstairs): 1 Double bed
Bedroom 3 (middle level): 1 Queen bed
Bedroom 4 (middle level): 1 Bunk bed, 1 Single bed, and 1 Trundle bed
We are pleased to include linen and towels for your comfort and convenience. (excludes beach towels)
Location
Discover the picturesque and peaceful surroundings of Killcare and Hardy`s Bay, where a coastal lifestyle beckons. Explore pristine beaches, scenic bushland and the Bouddi Coastal Walk which is a local favourite. Bouddi National Park, with its walking trails, mountain bike tracks, fishing spots and idyllic beaches, provides a serene escape from life`s daily hustle.
You are just a quick drive to the sandy shores of Killcare, Putty and Lobster Beach and just moments from indulging in the five-star dining delights of Bells at Killcare.
At the end of the road there is a popular shaded walk around to Pretty Beach along what is known by the locals as the Dog Track.

Location is excellent. Amenities were great as well. However, water pressure was a bit low and the 30 stairs in the stair case was not a problem for us, but may be an issue for older person or young child. Overall, had a good time, would recommend it to others to experience

We were staying for a wedding nearby. Great house to accommodate our grown up family. Good communication and the information folder was great explaining everything about the property. Close to the venue. Clean and had everything we needed.

It was lovely to arrive to a clean well presented home away from home. A secrete little gem location. Happy to stay in with the lovely view with close easy walk to local amenities with restaurants, cafe, takeouts and walking tracks. Not far from main grocery stores and a variety of beaches. Perfect for a extended weekend.
