🚫 We cannot accommodate 24-hour arrivals. If you expect to arrive after 10 PM, please let us know ahead of time.

🚗 Two vehicles permitted per property
🏘 This property is located in a Homeowners Association (HOA); tenants must adhere to HOA rules (found in the guest portal & property binder)
⚠️ Any fines incurred due to tenant behavior will be collected from the tenant
🚭 No smoking or vaping inside the property. Smoking marijuana is illegal in PA and is not permitted anywhere on the property (inside or outside)

Had a wonderful ski weekend. Property was clean and nice! There was no kindling or newspaper to start the fire so that was a bummer and we had to travel to get some with the snow fall. Beds were comfortable and good space for our family with lots of places to sit our stuff and store our ski/winter wear. Great location, we walked to the slope but it was a bit of a hike. The only negative was the upstairs neighbor who seemed to be renovating/moving furniture and had small children/dog running across the floor. The soundproofing was non-existent and we were up at 5am every morning due to this. Otherwise, great stay!

We used to own a home in HV and try and make an annual trip. The condo was very clean and comfortable. We are fussy folks!!! Quiet property and Holly was very accommodating and always available if we had a question. We would book this property again in the future. One concern, the glass storm door was a little loose.

My family and I enjoyed a long weekend on the slopes over the holiday break. This spot was perfect. Very clean and spacious. Holly was great at responding to questions we had during our stay!
