2 - There is a No Pet Policy which is strictly enforced by the Tyra Summit HOA.
3 - Service Animals, as defined by Title II and Title III of the ADA, are allowed. The work or tasks performed by a Service Animal must be directly related to a guest staying at the property, and to that individual’s disability. Emotional Support, Comfort and Therapy animals are not Service Animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA, and are not permitted.
The safety of our guests is our top priority. We are in compliance with the State of Colorado and Summit County Public Health Order for COVID-19. Our professional cleaning crews use enhanced cleaning and disinfectant agents before and after guest stays.

We had a wonderful stay in Breckenridge at this fantastic condo. The check-in was very easy and accommodating to our plans. The condo was clean and inviting. Well stocked kitchen for cooking. Our kids loved watching the skiers coming down the slopes off the back patio. My husband and I enjoyed sitting by the fire in the evenings after a long day of skiing. The location was very convenient to downtown Breck and the chairlifts. We needed to extend our stay due to flight changes with incoming weather and the host made it simple and easy to add on an extra day. My only complaint would be starting a puzzle to find that it had some missing pieces. Don't worry we bought our own Breckenridge puzzle to take back home to complete. We can't wait to return to this winter wonderland!

We really wnjoyed our stay at thai properrty. This was our 6th year skiing Breck, staying at a different VRBO each time, and this one was our overall favorite!
