Smart lock on the door & you will receive a unique door code for your stay; arrival instructions will be sent out several times during the week leading up to your stay VIA EMAIL. The Neighborhood:
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.

The condo was just as pictured. It was clean, organized, and getting in was easy. The complex is quite, easy and ample parking. Kitchen well equipped if you are doing some cooking. Some toiletries provided for a day or two.Location was superb and walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again with my family of three.

It was clean & had everything we needed. It's on the 3rd level and I did not realinze when I booked it that there was no elevator. The steps were a little much for my elderly father, which is my fault for not checking into that before booking.

The place is clean and has a washer and dryer , they even supply some supplies you need for at least 2 days , the place is like being at home , sitting on the porch at night was great . you are so close to everything places to eat and shop ,drink . I would recommend this place to anyone. easy access to get into the place with the code to the door , no need to worry about losing a key . I/we also felt very safe there .
