About this house rental

Sunshine, space & style await you here at the Valley Floor Vista. Located in the quiet & perfectly positioned Hillside neighborhood, this light & bright home provides guests with the perfect Telluride basecamp! Jump on the free shuttle into town with your skis or bike the easy, breazy mile to downtown. Watch the elk graze on the valley floor from the sky deck located behind the home with an Apre' cocktail & spread out with 3 large bedrooms, a massive living room and views to write home about.



This home has 3 bedrooms. Bedroom #1 and #2 have King beds. Bedroom #3 has a Queen and chaise lounger that doubles as a single bed.



There is a private sauna on the back deck up against the steep hillside which ensures for a lovely and private sauna-sesh!



Telluride's Hillside neighborhood is the BEST of both worlds! Being one, flat and easy mile from town, guests get all the views, extra sunshine and peace and quiet in a peaceful neighborhood! Jump on the bike path directly in front of the home and breeze into town or jump on the free Galloping Goose shuttle that runs all day to and from the neighborhood!

This home was absolutely perfect for our visit to Telluride. The views were breathtaking, and the thoughtful touches throughout made our stay incredibly comfortable. We especially appreciated the heated bathroom floors, warm towel rack, and the welcome snacks. The home was generously stocked with essentials—plenty of towels, toilet paper, and even travel-sized items like Q-tips, floss, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There were also supplies available for doing laundry, which made things even more convenient.The host was also fantastic—super responsive and helpful. We had a small issue during our stay, and it was resolved the same day, which we really appreciated.Though it’s only a quick 10-minute drive to the Mountain Village Gondola or downtown Telluride, the property feels completely tucked away in nature. It was peaceful, private, and serene—truly the best of both worlds.The guidebook with recommendations for local restaurants and shops was also a thoughtful touch. We loved everything about our stay—from the comfort of the home to the charm of this beautiful town. We’re already looking forward to booking again the next time we’re in Telluride!
