We had issue with a shower not draining. Did contact management but never fixed. Had issue with WiFi. Should have better service. Has a mom who needed to work a bit and couldn’t with not very good reception. Said there should be board games but none to be found. Did contact about that: no response.
Home is beautiful!! Great area. Easy check in and check out. Appreciated the basic needs provided. Did ask for pool to be heated and wasn’t.

Beautiful, idyllic home in a safe residential neighborhood.. The home was beautifully decorated, very spacious--the five of us were very comfortable and had our space within the home and in the back. The patio was the spot to feel like paradise. So relaxing in the layout with the patio, pool, access to the private boat dock. We cooked on the grill provided. The entire property was everything and more that we wanted in our first vrbo experience. Val, the manager, was outstanding.

The house was beautiful! The only problem was there were only 5 bath towels for 5 people and about as many wash cloths. We had to buy towels to keep from washing everyday! No lamps or TV’s in bedrooms. Only one TV in the whole house. The ice maker on the refrigerator doesn’t work, had to buy ice. For the price we paid for a 5 night stay, I probably wouldn’t stay there again.
