This home is truly a haven! Nicely located in Truckee (easy access). The home is very clean AND comfortable. Plenty of room in the common space to gather and enjoy great conversations and meals together with family/friends. The spaces in this home are really well laid out, it feels bigger than it is. The bathrooms were very clean and had plenty of towels and hot water. The space over the garage was such a great bonus to the house. I like that the TV was in the play zone, but the main area had no TV which I thought really lent itself to the enjoyment of "getting away" from the everyday noises and distractions back home ... hence the word "haven" is so fitting for this house. We cannot wait for our next escape to this lovely Truckee haven.And, I have to add ... the owner was amazing. Exceptional communication - always expedient and friendly. The owner treats the renters as "guests" and not merely a sales transaction. The hospitality was exceptional ... in every way. Thank you! We are grateful and blessed by it.

We loved staying here. Came here on a family trip with our young kids. House was very clean and the playroom was great for the kids. They also let us check in early, which was really nice.

The place was amazing, especially for a family with young kids. The play area was a lot of fun, and the kitchen and living room were a great home base for the family. We also really appreciated being granted early check-in, which was especially helpful with travelling with young children.
