Super clean home in quiet location, unable to get kayaks on lake as there is too much growth on bank ;( Also, the house does NOT have central AC, so bedrooms are hot when you close doors, wall unit in main area only! I really didn’t see that or read anything before booking, definitely would not stay in summer. We were lucky and had lots of rain/clouds so was tolerable :)

Lovely well presented house very clean inside and lots of supplies, for the 10 days we were there!! Very convenient for Daingerfield State Park and Jefferson (Caddo lake) plus 5 D Steahouse in Avinger. Property is close to lake but all access is over grown for kayak use, also NO central AC - so bedrooms are hot if you close doors at night! We would not want to stay for a summer :) which I didn’t read when booking it!! Luckily, we had lots of rain and cloudy days, so most of the time the ceiling fans kept sleeping reasonable! Enjoyed the fire pit on the dry nights!
