About this cabin rental
Welcome to The Piney Woods Lodge! This property is secluded in the beautiful Piney Woods of east Texas. Gated entry leads you down the meandering drive, over the creek, passing the 1/2 acre spring fed pond and up to the 3,600 sq. ft. Satterwhite® Log home. This get-away is perfect for your family reunion. Six bedrooms will comfortably sleep 11. Downstairs we have 3 kings, 1 queen, and 1 full size bedroom. Upstairs has a huge pool table room with a private room at the far end with a queen bed and enough space to bring your own sleeping bags for kids. With 3 1/2 bathrooms total, the primary suite bathroom has double sinks and jet tub. The kitchen is well equipped to handle large gatherings with a 10 ft. Island and appliances needed for those who love to cook. Custom made dining table by the Piney Woods Craftsman seats 12. Living room focal point is a massive stone fireplace. Spacious back patio with plenty of covered area invites you outdoors with table, string lights and gas grill. Be sure to relax in the generous sized hot tub that seats 5-6 people. Enjoy your morning coffee on the front porch rockers (think Cracker Barrel), overlooking the pond. Don’t miss the gigantic cast iron fire pit for nightly S’mores and star gazing. Walking trails are woven through the woods, crossing springs natural to this beloved property.

Me and 6 other guys spent a long weekend here. We do a trip every year to get away from everything. This was by far the nicest and most comfortable place that we stayed at. The property is beautiful. Everything was clean. Hot tub was nice. Lots of different things to cook on. Comfortable beds. I hope to be back

The house had plenty of space to sit and chat, both inside and outside. Kitchen and outside had plenty of means to heat and cook food. Garage was big enough to park inside (although we didn't). Hot tub was clean and ready for use. Plenty of rooms for everyone in our group to sleep. This place is our favorite in the area by far.

This home is simply beautiful! Idyllic setting, beautiful inside and out.Incredibly well equipped, we used the kitchen and outdoor cooking equipment - all amazing.Five stars because there aren’t six!

Immaculate property and grounds. Truly perfect for our retreat with adoptive moms. There was something for everyone and the kitchen was a delight to prepare everything in!
