The house is spacious, comfortable, and airy, with private internal balconies, an adult and children's pool, and a tranquil, landscaped environment, perfect for enjoying good times with friends and family! The house is very well-equipped, clean, and airy, with a great leisure area, ideal for summer vacations! The house is well located, 100 meters from the beach, supermarket, bakery, pharmacies, restaurants, shops and conveniences, and a cycling and walking path on the beach promenade. It can accommodate 30 people, including children.
Description of Água Marinha (there are two houses on the same plot with a swimming pool and barbecue area in the center).
Corrupião House:
1. Master suite: sleeps 5: 1 queen bed, 1 bunk bed
2. Bedroom: Sleeps 4: 1 bunk bed, 1 double bed
3. First floor suite: sleeps 3, 1 queen, 1 single
Living room: 2 people, 1 sofa bed
Total 14 people
Seagull House
1. Suite: Sleeps 3 to 4 people: 1 queen bed, 1 to 2 floor mattresses
2. Bedroom 1: Sleeps 3: 1 standard double bed and 1 mattress.
3. Room 2: 3 people: 1 standard double bed, 1 floor mattress
4. Room 3: 2 people: 1 standard double bed
5. First floor bedroom: sleeps 5, 2 single bunk beds, 1 single box bed.
Total 16 people
Note: It takes 2 to 3 days for the pool to heat up.
Bed linens and towels are available for an additional fee of R$ 300.
Aquamarine House Rules
1. Bed linens and towels are provided and will not be changed during your stay. There is a washing machine in the house.
2. We do not provide beach chairs or umbrellas.
3. Loud noise is prohibited, especially at night.
4. Please always activate the alarm when leaving the house.
5. Keep doors and windows closed when the air conditioning is on.
6. Do not tamper with the pool motor.
7. Do not flush toilet paper, sanitary napkins, or other waste down the toilet; the guest will be held responsible in case of a blockage.
8. Don't leave dirty dishes when you go out.
9. Pick up the trash.
10. One (1) small pet is allowed; however, it is forbidden to climb on sofas, upholstered chairs and beds, as well as to damage the garden and relieve themselves in inappropriate places; any damage caused by the pet will be compensated.
11. It is mandatory to pick up your pet's feces, under penalty of a fine of R$ 200.00.
12. Check-in at 4 PM and check-out at 10 AM.
