Localização, conforto e espaço.
Só uma chave disponível. Como o apartamento é para 4 pessoas, e estávamos em dois casais, ficou difícil fazer programas diferentes em função disso.

Dois banheiros e ar condicionado na sala e máquina de lavar roupas.
Falta de coador de café, em um dos quartos não tem ar condicionado, vaga de garagem apesar de serem duas, é muito apertado para se manobrar, meu carro é um sedã médio e sobra uns dois ou três centímetros de cada lado do retrovisor, a vaga é indicada no máximo para carros hatch.
