The Hilo House Paradise on the Isles Of Capri Florida, is water direct with an expansive view of Marlin Bay! This home on Isles Of Capri is quiet and relaxed for singles, couples, or small families. Keewaydin Beach Island is a convenient boat ride away. Marco Island Public Beach is a 15
minute car ride or enjoy downtown Naples and Naples Pier, approximately 30 minutes by car.
Recently remodeled, It is a gorgeous 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with heated pool and hot tub. The laundry room is inside the home. The pool side patio boasts a large table for gathering, a grill, and comfortable shaded seating for your relaxation pleasure.
A beautifully decorated, open-plan kitchen and living room, blends cooking with dining, entertaining, or socializing in a single area.
Kitchen – full size appliances include a full size refrigerator, an induction cooktop, convention oven, microwave and dishwasher. Generous counter space, a breakfast island with 2 bar stools, and a dining table with 6 chairs. The sliding doors open to the patio, pool & bbq area.
Living Room – an inviting adjustable sofa sectional and 75" Smart TV,
The primary bedroom has a king size bed, with desk and office chair, flat screen 55"TV, and a sliding door that opens up to the poolside patio. Where you can relax, swim and get plenty of sun. The primary bathroom features a vanity, shower and a spacious walk in closet. The first guest bedroom has a king size bed and dresser. The second guest bedroom has a queen sized pull up sofa couch and a 42" flat screen TV.
You can walk or bike to 4 great waterfront restaurants located right on the island, as well as local marinas for boat and kayak rentals. Nearby Marco Island offers endless shopping, dining, beaches, and water sports, all just minutes away. Once you discover our island life, you will never want to leave!
SWFL is the boating capitol of the world. Its a mecca for boating, fishing, diving and all water sports enthusiasts. There are plenty of outdoor activities to keep you occupied. Grab your rods and jump on your boat to experience world class fishing inshore and offshore. There are lots of great fishing spots around for you to take advantage of, no matter what the weather conditions are. If you would rather kick back, relax and the cruise local waters, you are sure to enjoy the natural beauty, peacefulness and tranquility of the world renown, 10,000 islands. We also have amazing kayaking and paddle boarding all around us. Drop in behind the house or go to the Capri Paddle Park which is located at the entrance to Isles of Capri. There you will find endless mangrove tunnels and trails for you to explore and navigate. In addition to the all the charter boats on Capri, there are several places near by to rent boats, jet skis, golf carts and even a dive shop, that will show you what island living is all about. My family’s stay here was simply beautiful. The pool is beautiful and there is a hot tub which you can heat both but we did not need to in June. The Isles of Capri is gorgeous the bay is in the backyard where we watched dolphins swim and there were tons of catfish if your fishing. The home is just beautiful and anyone you pass says hello. I have always stayed at resorts this was something new we tried and I would suggest this home to anyone it’s a 10 by far. I looked at so many places this was the first one I saw and finally picked it and am so glad I did. We got a really rainy week so we do plan on doing a redo and will most definitely stay here again. Thank you so much.
