During the day we were out exploring in our boat and driving to Naples. Sitting outside on the patio with a beautiful view of the water in the morning and the evening was pure joy. We walked to osteria restaurant for dinner and Capri Fish House for drinks. The great room has a beautiful kitchen, and there is plenty of seating around the television, large dining room table was very well suited for puzzles as well.

Second time visiting this amazing property, second time that my family has an incredible vacation. Extremely good communication with property manager. Very clean house. Amazing views, good to have fun and go fishing from the dock. Relaxing pool.

This house was amazing!! There were 6 girlfriends in our 50’s and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! The view was incredible! We saw dolphins every day, stingrays, a manatee. The house was a perfect layout, very clean, beds were comfortable, house is modern, pool was small but perfect for our group and warm!! Our only suggestions would be to spray for red ants around the pool, and maybe change air filters? We all were a little stuffy inside. Would definitely rent here again!!

We love this part of Florida and visit every year. The property is really clean well maintained. Evelin and Greg have been really attentive. We would have no hesitation to recommend this property for a for a lovely vacation. Thank you!
