About this house rental
This home has been newly updated, but the charm is fully intact. The spacious living room with its modular sectional is perfect for a family gathering while enjoying movies or sports on a 55" flat screen television. The dining room comfortably accommodates six for seating but has room for more. The primary and second bedroom share a jack and jill bathroom that can be locked from either side. The third bedroom has a bonus attached for floor exercises, children's play, or extra sleep. The second full bathroom is adjacent to the den area. The den has a 32" flat screen television and two sofas. They can also provide additional sleeping if needed. The kitchen has a breakfast bar for informal eating, chatting, or just resting your feet. It is equipped with a full-size refrigerator, double oven, dishwasher, pots, plates, glasses, cups, utensils, and cooking utensils. To truly experience the southern charm, you can sit on either the large front porch or the back deck while listening to the singing birds as they serenade all throughout the day. The home has central air and heating but also remote controlled ceiling fans in each room. French doors, black hardwood floors, and high ceilings makes her head and shoulders above most homes. She's welcoming and invites rest. At Dove's Cove 1, you get the best of both worlds, rest and relaxation but the ability to work is still possible. Just in case you need to take care of some business, there's a separate in home office space equipped with a desk and chair. Internet and television service is provided. Dove's Cove 1 is less than ten minutes from most local restaurants or major stores, approximately fifteen minutes from Percy Quinn State Park if you enjoy nature. It is a stone's throw, less than an hours, from Jackson, Hattiesburg, Natchez, and Brookhaven, and less than two hours from New Orleans, Louisiana.

House was fair overall, cleanliness wasn’t great, water pressure is weak in both bathrooms, leak in main bathroom from tub. House has potential but needs assistance. Neighborhood isn’t all that nice but was quiet.
