Huge, fully tiled gourmet kitchen includes breakfast bar, closet pantry, cooking island with stand alone ceiling hood, dark appliances and breakfast nook area boasting pool and spa views.
One Queen bedroom is conveniently located downstairs with an ensuite bathroomn while the remaining bedrooms are located upstairs.
The master bedroom is huge and the master bathroom features a corner tub, separate shower, double vanities and his and hers walk in closets.
Foosball table is in the garage with a fully refurbished Orange championship felt pool table. In the loft area there are now 2 arcade machines including Marvel v Street fighter, while in children's living space there is a now an Xbox station with Nintendo Controller screen, meaning the house has 3 games areas for kids, with 2 themed rooms. The 3 adult rooms consist of 2 spacious queens and a supersized king room with his and hers walk in wardrobes, sinks and vanities, while the bathroom includes a separate shower room and Jacuzzi.

Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs.
