About this cottage rental
Fun times to be had at this up-north beach house. Nice island themed cottage on a sandy beach. New 750 square foot deck built this year. Paddleboat, kayak and fish this great little lake or bring your toys. All-Sports lake right by the Sand Lake Trailhead. Two queen size beds, 2 queen size futons, one twin bed and plenty room for sleeping on the breezy back porch. Bonfire pit right on the beach. Kayaks, paddleboat, floaties and many chairs, cornhole boards sand toys all provided. 3 smart TV's.
The space
Up-North lakefront cottage. This is a fun little beachy themed place great for families, couples, fishing and ATV riding. There is something for everyone.
Guest access
Dock, paddleboat, floaties, 2 kayaks, cornhole boards, sand toys great enclosed porch and huge deck. Plenty of parking. Boat launch is just a few houses down.
Other things to note
Great little neighborhood right by the Sand Lake Trailhead. Little Island Lake is great for fishing, floating or kayaking or just sunning on our nice sandy spot. There is food and a cute corner store nearby and only 10 miles to downtown Tawas with lots of shopping and dining choices. Cottage has smart TV's in both bedrooms and living room. Bonfire pit, 2 kayaks, paddleboat, life vests, cornhole and sand toys, Camp Chef Griddle all provided for your use. No pets allowed and no smoking indoors. Thank you.

We absolutely loved our vacation here at this wonderful property. Everything you could possibly need is offered down to every little detail inside and out. We love little island lake and plan on coming back next summer would highly recommend this place

We had a wonderful time relaxing. The cottage is super cute and clean. Enjoyed sitting on the deck with the wonderful view of the lake. It was so nice that water toys and yard toys were provided for us. Highly recommend a stay here if you are looking for a quiet place to get away from the business of life.
