Great place to stay. Close to everything. The town of Alma and Fairplay are very nice.

The large main living area is lovely as is the deck. The kitchen had everything needed and more! Thanks for all the little extras in the pantry. That was a nice surprise. The beds were very comfortable and nice linens. Perhaps the only downside for us (seniors) was that all bedrooms were accessible by stairs. With 3 nice bathrooms, we wrongly assumed one bed would be on the main floor. Very secluded, quiet and lovely setting and the hot tub was easy to access and operate. Thanks for a lovely stay. (We think a bear may have gotten into one of the trash bins before we arrived, but that was kind of exciting for us! Easy clean up with rake and bags there).

The house is nicely secluded, surrounded by aspen and pine forest, with a view of the surrounding mountains. The property was clean and it was easy to enter, we enjoyed the open room and deck, and spent the nights looking at some of the best stars I've seen! Being in such a quiet area and just a half hour drive away from Breckenridge was great, it was nice to hike through placer Valley one day and explore the ski town the next. Almart is the local grocery store, a few minutes from the house, and has most essentials that one may need. A great place to get away, relax and have fun 👍

The place smelled like dog urine nearly everywhere we were., even in the bedrooms. This was advertised as pet friendly. My home never smelled like that. The leather couch has urine smell too not allowing reclining on it. We liked the location but at 70, I find the three stories a bit much. I hope you can clean the for up as this is an attractive site for a family. Very easy access to with Alma/ Fair Play or Breckenridge. Get some better beds. Beds are everything to travelers like us. Clean up the yard trash. WiFi was adequate but television was iffy.
