About this cabin rental

The Explorer Lodge is a Jubach custom log home completely refurbished in 2023. Plenty of privacy and great views are included on the gated (7) wooded acres, yet central to everything the "Hill's" have to offer. Custom yard games such as Jenga, Connect Four, Croquet, Corn Hole and Yardzee! Take time to star gaze in the hot tub or heated (90 degrees) plunge pool! Enjoy s'mores at the outdoor fire pit area. Challenge your friends and family to a game of shuffleboard or your favorite classic arcade game. Must be 25 years or older to rent. AWD/4WD recommended. Free WiFi -may experience disruptions and outages

The place is cute has a lot of space and came equipped with a lot of “extras”. Which was great. Only thing is we didn’t use the hot tub or plunge pool. When opening the plunge pool it was not clean. There were leaves in the bottom of it, so we assumed the hot tub wasn’t clean either so we all opted out on not using it. Otherwise the place was clean and we really enjoyed our weekend away.

The area is beautiful and the inside of the cabin was clean. However, the swimming pool didn’t work and has not worked for a long time. When I called they said it just broke. Also septic stunk very bad. When I called about this they said someone would come out. No one showed up.
