Hocking County is a very rural county with curvy and hilly roads that require cautious driving. The roads leading to the lodge are paved two-lane highways along with 1 ½ lane gravel scenic roads that may require a 4-wheel drive during inclement weather or any significant snowfall. There are no refunds due to inclement weather.
Part of the Woodland Lodge driveway is paved to make coming and going a little easier for guests.

Family loved the time together! The kids loved the game room as well as the theater room. Adults loved the hot tub and fire pits! The dining area was very spacious so we could all eat together as a family. Very clean, comfortable and spacious! Thank you!

We had the most wonderful time at The Woodlands! I left a nice review on Google, but want to let everyone here know that this house offers a crazy amount of amenities that is sure to please a wide variety of interests. There were 6 of us and we found thus home to be spacious and comfortable, providing everything we needed for our stay. The game room was a blast and the firepit was a wonderful bonus at the end of busy days. Communication with the owners was easy peasy and always pleasant. I would recommend this home for a short-term or a long-term stay;)
