About this house rental
The minute you walk-in you will feel at home. Our quaint cabin is perfect for couples' or small family retreat. The cabin is located on a very quiet street. It's a 5 minute drive to Bruin Woods and a 10 minute drive to The Village. There are plenty of activities: hiking, picnics, shopping, 9 miles from Lake Gregory and dining at The Village Blue Jay and Cedar Glen. Our home is your home away from home and it's very relaxing and cozy. You will enjoy having your favorite beverage on our deck while listening to the birds and admiring the breathtaking views and stargazing at night.
Our kitchen is complete with dishes, plates, glasses, cups, pots, and pans, coffee maker, toaster and cooking utensils. We have some spices but we suggest you bring your own if you're going to be whipping up a 3 course meal as our kitchen is not set up for that, we only have standard cookware.
The primary bedroom has 1 king size bed, the bedroom downstairs has 1 bunk bed twin/twin (top and bottom ) and 2 Twin beds.
We have 2 full baths 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs complete with high-end complimentary Shampoo & Conditioner, Body Wash, Body Lotion & 1 oz Bar Soap.
You are welcome to use our BBQ grill but we do not supply propane.
Smart TV- enter your own Netflix or Hulu account.
NOTE: We only allow a maximum stay of 7 days.
Guests are provided with our lock box combo to access the house key.
Our home has deck parking with 2 parking spots . NO Street Parking Allowed according to the short-term residential parking section 84.28.060 of the San Bernardino County Code. It is best if you Carpool.
We do not have trash pick up service but you're welcome to leave it and have the cleaning crew take it for a small fee of $25 (1-2 trash bags).
BEACHES & LAKE are restricted to residents only. During winter season, check weather before driving up as we do not issue refund due to road closure. If it's snowing AWD and tire chains are required. When there's high wind-driven fire condition, DWP turns off power automatically and we do not have Generator. During power outage in the winter the fireplace is the only source of heat. Be aware of these scenarios before booking as we do not issue refund.
