Not a bad place but it’s very bare minimum. Bring all your own things.

Clean and warm. Too warm for us at night because that heater was not messing around. Quiet neighborhood and plenty of outdoor space for the kids to play in snow. Owner was very communicative about snow removal before our arrival.

Did not provide toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc) so bring your own. Did not provide firewood but didn’t tell us so. We would have brought our own if we were notified. Kitchen supplies are bare minimum (very little spices, no cooking oil, no aluminum foil, or extra paper towels). The heater downstairs is way strong and made it uncomfortable to sleep because there wasn’t a happy medium between the heater and the weather.

Great place to stay for a reasonable price! We would definitely book there again.

The location was nice and close enough to amenities and stores. The house layout was really cool. The ping pong table was a nice plus, but needs better lighting. There were also legos and other toys for kids to play with. The 3 decks were also really cool.

It was 90 degrees inside when we got there at around 6 pm. The only AC unit is a window unit upstairs. Even with the windows and doors open downstairs and the AC running full blast upstairs all night, it was too warm to sleep comfortably. Some sort of AC downstairs would be a huge plus. Although, I get that it’s not usually very hot up there most of the year.
