This newly refurbished 'C' listed town house apartment occupies the whole of the ground floor and is the ultimate comforting and cosy property, offering serene decor and spacious rooms. Located in the heart of Birnam, in the middle of 'Big Tree Country' where there is an abundance to see and do in the area. Couples and families will be spoiled for choice on places to eat, walk, cycle, fish and more.

"Coorie-in" to supreme comfort with a Super King size bed (6ft wide by 6ft 6inches long). This can be presented as 2 single beds upon request, at time of booking. The sofa bed is situated in the living room. Dishwasher and washing machine available in the kitchen.

Birnam is famous for its association with Shakespeare's tragedy, Macbeth, as it is believed to be the location of the Birnam Wood mentioned in the play.
Meanwhile, Dunkeld's historical significance is evident through its ancient cathedral, a magnificent symbol of medieval architecture. The idyllic setting captivates visitors with its lush forests, rolling hills, and enchanting riverside walks, making it a haven for nature enthusiasts. Theres a good mix of cycling and running routes: trail, road and downhill.

The fresh fish van from the East Neuk of Fife visits on a Tuesday and Thursday and stops just outside Birnam Arts.
