Welcome to "Almost Paradise" where you may cast your cares away. This 2-level dog-friendly cabin in Mountain Shadows Resort is ideal for a family or couples retreat. The cabin is conveniently located near Glades Arts & Crafts Community, The Great Smoky Mountain's National park entrance, and downtown Gatlinburg. Don't fret Pigeon Forge is close by as well. The resort includes a seasonal (mid May-mid Sept) pool, playground, basketball court, swings, covered picnic pavilion, and park-style BBQ all directly behind the cabin. Up for some friendly competition? This cabin offers an arcade game and an air hockey table for endless fun! Show off your culinary expertise in the fully equipped kitchen or grill out. Enjoy your favorite TV program while snuggled up by the seasonal (Oct 1- April 1) gas fireplace on those brisk days and nights or simply unwind and soak your cares away in the hot tub. You and your guests are bound to savor every moment at Almost Paradise.
Sleeping Arrangements: 1 King Bed, 1 Queen Bed, 1 Bunk Bed (twin over full)
*You must be 25 years of age*
*Dog Fee: $75 per dog plus tax, up to a maximum of 3 dogs. Not included in booking price. If you are traveling with dogs YOU MUST LET US KNOW to ensure we collect the pet fee.*
Please note: The cabin is supplied with linens and bath towels. We only supply a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap & liquid, and bath bar soap. You are then responsible for said items during the remainder of your stay.
**To finalize your booking with Red Door Getaways, you must sign a Rental Agreement and provide a state or federal photo ID. We will send you a link to our "Boarding Pass" guest portal via text message, where you can securely upload your ID and a matching selfie. Once these are completed, you will receive access to the property guidebook. Your reservation is confirmed only after we receive the signed agreement and valid ID.**

Loved the location. It was close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We were able to go to Dollywood Ober Mountain Rowdy Mountain and we went hiking and walked around Gatlingburg. The arcade games were great fun and we even played basketball! Fun times by all!

Perfect location in mountain not to high up but drive to cabin had one little hill but nothing bad 10 minutes away from town I would definitely recommend this one if you want to be in mountain but don’t like steep hills

There was some cleaning that was overlooked. Upstairs dripped into dining area and living room. Local channels not available
