Proudly hosted by Hidden Valley Rentals, this inviting retreat offers a peaceful wooded setting with walkable access to the lodge, lake and trails. Other resort amenities such as the pools are only minutes away.

🏘 This property is located in a Homeowners Association (HOA); tenants must adhere to HOA rules (found in the guest portal & property binder)
⚠️ Any fines incurred due to tenant behavior will be collected from the tenant
🚭 No smoking or vaping inside the property. Smoking marijuana is illegal in PA and is not permitted anywhere on the property (inside or outside)
🤫 Quiet hours are 10 PM – 7 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors — most properties are townhomes or condos with shared walls
🔊 Loud music or disruptive noise is not permitted at any time of day
🏊 Pool passes permitted for the number of guests the property can sleep, up to a maximum of 10 passes per property
📆 Long-term stays are plus utilities (winter only) and require a $1,000 security deposit

Enjoy especially of this condo to the lodge and the slopes, especially with young grandchildren on the trip. We’ll probably plan in February again next year.

The overall, the property was clean, spacious, and conveniently lo located. We had access to an ourdoor pool which was perfect for my family. All were helpful and kind. The kichen was well equipted with dishes, pots. Pans, and coffee maker. We all enjoyed ourselves.

Location was great! Could walk to slopes and lodge. Townhouse had plenty of space for three generations of family. Even though it was older, it was kept up well, and the throw back aura of the decorating was cool. The weekend was enjoyed by all.
