This cosy 30m² apartment in the heart of Paris is a great base for your trip.
Located in the 1st arrondissement, it’s a comfy place for 2 but can sleep up to 4 with a double bed in the mezzanine and a sofa bed in the living area. You’ve got a kitchen with the basics, a washer for laundry, fresh towels, toiletries, and 24/7 guest support if you need anything.
Just so you know: It’s on the small side, and the mezzanine is low (you can’t stand upright up there). We like to be upfront so you know exactly what to expect, and can still enjoy a comfortable, convenient stay with GuestReady Essential.
Guests will have access to the entire studio!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors. Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.
