Located on the 4th floor of an elevator-equipped building, this apartment combines charm and comfort with its wooden floors, elegant mouldings, and traditional fireplace. Designed to maintain peace and privacy for its occupants, the apartment's layout separates the sleeping areas, allowing everyone to enjoy a serene atmosphere.
The living room, featuring a large, very comfortable sofa, invites you to relax after a day of sightseeing. A large TV provides various entertainment options (Netflix, OCS, My Canal…), and a dedicated office space is set up to meet your professional or personal needs, with a PC, a large screen, and a printer available.
The separate, fully equipped kitchen is the perfect place to prepare meals. With everything you need within reach, you can enjoy family breakfasts or cook your favourite dishes.
The two thoughtfully arranged bedrooms include a double bed and a queen-size bed, each prepared with hotel-quality linen to ensure your comfort. Storage space is also available for your personal items, allowing you to easily settle in.
The bathroom features a bathtub and all the necessary amenities for your comfort, including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries. The toilet is separate for added convenience.
For families with young children, a travel crib is available upon request and can be installed in one of the bedrooms. A portable air conditioner is also available to adjust the temperature to your preference. Children's games are provided, creating a pleasant environment for the little ones.
We aim to make your stay as comfortable as possible. That’s why we provide everything you need for a smooth arrival: toilet paper, tissues, soap, shower gel, shampoo, cleaning products, spices, coffee, and tea.
The apartment undergoes professional cleaning between each stay.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Continue your walk through the famous Grévin Museum, the timeless wax museum of the capital. If you are in a sporty mood, go to Montmartre via Pigalle, one of the most famous districts in the money! Finally, how not to mention the most legendary scene in France: the Olympia, a compulsory detour for music lovers.
For shopping, you will not be disappointed; the 9th arrondissement is known for housing the Galeries Lafayette and Printemps Boulevard Haussmann!
The Faubourg Montmartre knows excellent addresses for dining: Chez Chartier or Les Pâtes Vivantes will not disappoint you.
Finally, at night, return to Pigalle, which will dazzle you!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM).
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
