This vacation rental is suitable for any traveler eager to experience Bradenton as the locals do with pristine amenities and an ideal location near all the fun.

INDOOR LIVING: Open layout, bathtub, Smart TV
OUTDOOR LIVING: Gas grill, outdoor dining area, outdoor pool, furnished patio, screened porch, 15-ft dock (can accommodate up to ONE 28-ft boat)
*Please note that the on-site boat lift is not available for guest use*
*Pool heating is optional, for an additional, non-refundable fee of $25 per day to be paid prior to check-in.
*Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 85° is the highest temperature setting. Pool temperatures will probably stay around 76° during the winter months. Please note, if cold days occur, water temperatures will drop and may take longer to heat. Please note, during the summer time with Florida Sun, the lowest temperate the air conditioner is able to reach is a cool 71°

- NOTE: Your safety matters. There is a Ring doorbell camera, as well as security cameras monitoring the exterior of the property.
- NOTE: Fireworks or open flame items are not allowed FAQ: Exterior security cameras monitoring the front yard and backyard area (entrances, pool, dock). BBQ tank with propane provided for guests. Propane may be refilled at Ace Hardware on Cortez Road or Walmart. Please note, this is a self sufficient home. Our maid service provides all of our guests with a starter pack of soaps, paper towel, sponges, garbage bags, and toilet paper at the beginning of their stay. Any additional items will have to be purchased by the guest.

The home was very accommodating. It had everything we needed for 8 people!! Close to the beaches. Loved the back yard pool with access to the water to fish.

Our party was 4 adults and 4 small children with a boat. The home is very kid friendly and there wasn’t any concerns with delicate items in the home. We had very easy access with a medium sized bay boat utilizing the canal and dock. Very quiet neighborhood and there wasn’t any loud music late at night or any other concerns. Close to multiple restaurants and beaches. The Homeowner communicated very well and made the process easy. I would definitely book again!

You will not be disappointed! This home has everything you need, yet is located close to anything you want! The owner has meticulously maintained this home and he is very proactive and responsive. We had no issues at all, and while we are avid beach goers, I could have spent the whole week right there at the house and been perfectly content. Thank you for a great week!

Easy check in, good communication by Richard, helpful and prompt. Gorgeous pool area w/fun games. Well stocked kitchen/grill. Comfortable beds. Very clean home. Towels & beach chairs helpful. Extras like gas for grill, tp,washing machine
