Stay was great but what I didn't appreciate was being forced to buy insurance in order to book. Insurance is an optional purchase designed to protect the RENTER. By forcing us to purchase insurance, the owner is protecting themselves at the cost of the renter. I own a VRBO and I would never consider forcing my renters to buy insurance to stay at my property. As 2 responsible adults, my husband and I did not need nor want insurance. It was a slap in the face and an insult.

The house was as nice as the pictures portrayed and the property manager was quick to respond to any communication.

Thank you for a wonderful stay! This was a perfect home for our family vacation. We enjoyed the warm pool, huge deck with plenty of shade and comfy seating, and many local attractions. Mitzi was very welcoming. Highly recommend!

If your looking for a perfect place to stay with plenty to do then this would be the home your looking for. The house is clean and well maintained with a heated pool and deck that sits right on the canal and you fish if you wanted too. Thanks to Mitzi as well if you need anything she will get back to you quickly. We came down to see our family and new granddaughter and when we come back to visit this would be the place we would love to stay again
