the location was good and the home was nice
During the walk-through, several issues were observed that need to be addressed.
There was a large dead roach in the corner of the dining room, and the kitchen floor had not been adequately cleaned. In the bedroom located next to the washer and dryer, the bed sheets were not clean, and there was a noticeable musty odor.
While the patio area appeared inviting, it was not usable for long because ants crawled up the chairs and onto our skin, which was very unpleasant.
Although the front of the property looks presentable, we also felt uncomfortable during our visit because of a black car parked there by a neighbor or an unknown individual. It felt as though we were being watched, which made the experience uneasy.
Also, the fridge door doesnt close all the way; you have to push hard on it
These issues significantly impacted our impression of the property and should be taken into consideration.
