Nice old apartment refurbished in a completely restored building with a direct view of the port and a stone's throw from the historic center famous for its half-timbered houses where you can stroll along the pedestrian streets where shops and restaurants mix up to the port where many terraces await you.

THE ACCOMMODATION:
Completely new studio, ideal for a couple, located on the first floor of a small building, with private entrance.
The studio consists of:
- a living room equipped with a new sofa bed (6/2024) whose bed is very comfortable.
The conversion of the sofa bed is extremely simple and effortless. (size 160 cm/202 cm)

- Storage cupboard
-The spacious bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, as well as a heated towel rail for more comfort

The old beams will not fail to seduce you.
To get your stay off to a good start, you will find coffee, tea, sugar, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, washing-up liquid, shower gel, toilet paper and paper towels.
Bed linen and towels are available for rent.
DISTRICT:
The apartment is located on the port, Place Gambetta, at the foot of the historic center, where you will find many restaurants, bars, pubs, shops also near the famous Rabine stadium.
Many events are organised there throughout the year.
GETTING AROUND:
Leave your car in the parking lot, you will not need it.
The Vannes train station is a fifteen-minute walk away.
The pier for visiting the islands of the Gulf of Morbihan is a 10-minute walk away.
Free parking 300 meters from the apartment (Capuchin and Saint Joseph parking lots), otherwise paid in the street (opposite the apartment) and paid port parking at 250 meters.
