The property and grounds are great! The management company stayed in contact and answered every question that I had. I've been renting with VRBO for over 15 years, and this was one my best overall stays.

1. the tennis court had grass growing in the cracks of the court and the net was drooping and unable to be raised.
2. the pool was old and made of concrete. 3 people hurt their feet on the rough services and were bleeding.
3. 2 shower curtains fell down. 1 in the middle of the night and the other when someone was taking a shower.
4. one of the faucets was not working. we called it in but no-one showed up to fix it.
5. the tv in the main area was unusable. it wanted someone who had been there before to sign in.
overall the house was large and comfortable for our group of 14.
