Host your friends and family on the private patio with a bar, outdoor kitchen, fire-pit, hottub, playground, and projector movie screen. Or cozy up inside with the stone fireplace, pool room, library, or game room! You can also fish and kayak right on the property!

Property is located on a private 4 acres and guests are allowed to access all spaces inside and outside of the house. The backyard is fenced in for the safety of animals and children who come to visit. Plenty of parking available on a long wrap around driveway with a secondary gravel driveway and 4 car garage. Guests may access the river by paths along the driveway.

-Shampoo, Conditioner, Bodywash, and Hairdryer
-Toilet Paper, Papertowels, Trash bags
-2 Laundry rooms with Iron, ironing board, and drying rack
-Full kitchen with all basic kitchen necessities including a double convection oven, gas stove with pot filler, 3 sinks, microwave, fridge and accessory fridge (basement)
-Plates, bowls, pans, utensils, knives
-Salt, Pepper, Oil
-Feel free to ask for specific questions about included items
If you would like to use the fire pit in the backyard please bring your own wood.
If you would like to use the outdoor grill in the backyard please bring your own propane.

Pets are welcome at Bear Creek Manor!
The backyard includes two fenced in sections that can both be accessed from the main deck. Pets must remain on leash outside of fenced areas. Specified Food/water bowls are available in the kitchen for furry friends.
Please be respectful and wipe dirty paws before the pet enters the home, and keep pets off of the furniture. Pet hair is difficult to clean and requires professional cleaning. If this is found to be violated please expect a payment request for replacement/cleaning.

The property was absolutely gorgeous and had so much space for our large group. Beds/linens were very comfortable and the house had plenty of amenities. Our family loves any water and direct access to the creek was a big selling point. However, it was completely overgrown so we were unable to enjoy the kayaks and water, but we went to the state park nearby 2 days in a row and it was amazing. Great communication with host. Kitchen could use a few more basic utensils and the projector was tough to get going but finally got it working. The water pressure got a little iffy at times in the kitchen, but we made it work. Check in/out was a breeze. We would definitely stay here again! Highly reccomend this place!!

Beautiful house, well maintained, amazing property and excellent amenities. Exceptional host- great communication and super thoughtful and responsive to our needs- including adding a pack and play travel crib to the house!
Sparking clean house, places for kids of all ages to play, and spacious accommodations. Absolutely recommend this house for any family group. So happy with our stay.

We reserved Bear Creek Manor during my daughter's high school graduation. We had a great stay.
The property was exactly as the pictures depict. The layout of the bedrooms and the amount of recreational space both indoors and outdoors allows everyone to have their own space, but is large enough for you to come together in one area as well. The owner was very accommodating as I inadvertently reserved the wrong check out date. I would highly recommend the property.

We enjoyed our time so much! The place is wonderful with plenty of accommodations and very well kept. It was such a peaceful, family fun time. There is more than enough room- pictures don’t do it justice! We want to make this an annual trip spot now!
