All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Amazing condo and hotel! Plenty of amenities! Loved our short stay and wish we could've stayed longer. Will definitely be back this summer

I made the mistake of going to this property during spring break. Lots of drunk teenagers all over the property. Didnt get to experience the beach or the pool. Elevator was a nightmare some were not working. Location of the property is in a great location. Our condo was nice and clean.
