The additional room is just as comfortable, lined with high-quality linens and central air-conditioning. When additional sleeping quarters are needed, utilize the bunk room. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 117.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

This is the third condo we’ve been at since coming to stay in PCB. It was a short trip however we want to rebook this exact room. It was super nice. Very convenient and clean. The bathroom was amazing, the big tub. Also I love the fact that it has two KING size beds!

Property was okay. Handle on patio door from master bedroom was broken and WiFi did not work for entire duration of visit. Support was responsive, but stopped communicating without resolving WiFi issue.
