About this chalet rental
Come to this completely renovated house in Saint-Armel to enjoy the peace and the salty air with family or friends. A stone's throw from the Gulf, you can easily enjoy swimming, walking and discovering the salt marshes and Tascon Island located in the immediate vicinity of this charming residence.
The house has a south-facing terrace (awning and courtyard) where you will like to find yourself enjoying a good breakfast, a sun bath, or even a very fresh aperitif accompanied by good grilled meats. The terrace is equipped with a water point for returning from the beach, a gas griddle, a table and 6 chairs, 2 deckchairs and 2 deck chairs, to enjoy the flowery garden.
The house can accommodate up to 4 people, it is divided into two floors, on the ground floor, you will find the living space, with a living room, a comfortable corner where you can sit on one of the two sofas to enjoy a TV moment (DVD player) or a fire with its pellet stove. You will find the kitchen-dining area. The kitchen is recent and very well equipped (gas stove, refrigerator, refrigerator, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster and kettle). You will like to meet there to prepare good meals and then share them on the dining room table.
Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms, with new bedding and both benefiting from an adjoining shower room, each with a hair dryer. The first will be ideal for a couple or parents with its large double bed (160x200) then the second can accommodate another duo or children with its two single beds (80x190). A space is also set up so that children can meet up to read and have fun.
Finally, for maximum comfort, you will find a third bathroom on the ground floor, ideal for removing the sand when returning from the beach.
