About this apartment rental
The Winterstein vacation rental is located on the first floor on the east side of the house and is accessible through a separate entrance.
It features two bedrooms (one with a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and a closet, and one with a bunk bed and a closet). The living area features a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a large dining table, a comfortable sitting area with a sleeper sofa, and a flat-screen TV. The naturally lit bathroom has a shower and toilet. Free Wi-Fi and a terrace, accessible from the living area, are also available.
We welcome you to our vacation home, which features five high-quality and lovingly furnished vacation apartments. Each apartment has two bedrooms, and some include a loft. Spacious outdoor grounds, parking spaces, and a playground right next to the house round out the amenities.
The house is located in a quiet, outlying area yet still close to the town center. As a guest in our house, you’ll enjoy an impressive view of the so-called “Großer Zschand,” the Winterberg, and the striking rocky landscape.
Wood, clay, and select building materials create a pleasant, spacious atmosphere. The house also features a solar thermal and photovoltaic system as well as an electric vehicle charging station. The on-site sauna is also available for your use.
A DEPOSIT of 30% of the rental price is due upon booking. You will receive a separate request for payment directly from the landlord.
Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and check-out is from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
