Amazing breakfast (best I've had outside Prague in CZ accommodations after staying in dozens of places), perfect location, spacious rooms, good price for region, very kind and thoughful host, easy check in, parking on premises. Great other people involved in the place, including the guy handling the outside concession stand, lovely courtyard / eating area. Sweet sheepdog. Close proximity to amazing trail with short (but steep) walk (~30 minutes) down to a river where you can swim and a lovely ruin of a mill with many rooms to explore with kids. Would 100% stay there again.

(1) Top floor room water pressure was strange (came out in bursts in all water sources) and looked cloudy no matter how long it ran. (2) We were there during particularly hot summer days. An investment in A/C for this time of year would make a huge difference. Without that, at least some fans in the rooms would have been nice. The top floor room especially was hot all night even with the windows open. (3) Some screens on the windows would be nice for summer months. Leaving the windows open was a necessity given the heat, but any lights on meant moths and other insects were flying in, so we couldn't do both.

Die Lage ist wunderschön, man hat eine weite Sicht und kann sehr gut wandern.Die Bushaltestelle ist fast vor der Haustür. Das Frühstück ist sehr abwechslungsreich und lecker.
