The space
This beautiful historic property, complete with two covered parking spaces, has been completely renovated and offers comfortable and elegant accommodations. The villa has 4 levels, of which the first two levels consist of spacious living areas:
1) Dining room with a splendid eat-in kitchen and a 50-square-meter garden, and
2) Lounge/TV room with a stunning 180-degree lake view.
3) On the third level, there are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms (one with a whirlpool tub and sauna, and the other with a shower).
4) Two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are located on the fourth level.

Other things to keep in mind
Important info for the summer: portable air conditioners.
On the first floor—where the kitchen and dining room are located—the temperature is always 23 degrees since the villa is historic. As for the other floors, we’ve purchased 4 portable air conditioners for the 4 bedrooms.
For the 5th bedroom, we’ve installed a Dyson.
We’ve also installed two Dysons in the living room on the second floor.
Two covered parking spaces are available next to the property.
